"Jeremy was my sales rep and I believe this was the guy I spoke to throughout my lay-by and set up my bike with all the accessories. Because of his outstanding customer service and knowledge, I give this place a 5star. Highly recommend browns plains 99 bikes all your needs."
"I can't remember when I had this level of service for anything. Super impressive business. Went in there with zero knowledge and staff really took their time to help me out and the level of care given for the purchased bike was next level."
"Jeremy was absolutely excellent. Incredibly helpful, understanding and secured me exactly the bike I was looking for. Would certainly come back again for future sales. Happy to wait in a busy store when someone really cares about your experience. Thank you so much."
"I want to congratulate Stephen on his great customer service, he was very kind to us. As for the scooter, it is necessary to unlock it for optimal speed, and also take into account that after 13 kilometers you must charge it Full, or you will have to walk with it back home. One more thing to fold it is very difficult... the rest works super well!!!"
"Unfortunately my experience here hasn’t been the same as others. After a long wait (5 weeks) I was told to pick my bike up. I did this and when I went in the rear tire was flat along with the grips weren’t fitted properly being loose on the handlebars. The de-railer which was meant to be replaced with XT was replaced with a cheaper model. I left the bike and retuned a week later. This time before even getting home the rear tire was flat and once home I noticed the hand bars and break leavers not tight or straight. After looking deeper it’s obvious the bolt was stripped when they put the new handlebars on and the leavers hadn’t even been fitted straight. These are just minor details but the bolt on stem and handlebars not being tight could have led to a pretty poor outcome. I’m just surprised at the lack of detail and the poor communication during the entire thing. After nearly $700 I’d expect a lot more. The guys are super nice and it’s a great shop just lacking what I call care and detail. Edit you can even see here the helicoil that’s been put in after stripping the stem!"
