"Worst retail experience of my life. Paid cash and thought receipt was in the box, messaged later that day and was refused a receipt unless I made a 400km round trip to pay eftpos instead. Was told when I called before making the trip there plenty of stock available in multiple sizes and when I got there they only had the single size that was the display skate. Overall the attitude displayed by next level was unenthusiastic and just strait up rude. Hand on my heart I will never shop there again. So much for trying to support local business."
