In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. If you are experiencing any fever, respiratory, ear, nose, throat, or abdominal illness, we now offer in-person appointments for these conditions. These appointments can be conveniently booked online via HotDoc or by calling our reception. We kindly ask that if you have tested positive for COVID-19, you refrain from booking a cold/flu appointment. Patients booked for such appointments are required to complete a rapid antigen test on the day of the appointment and truthfully fill out a declaration form stating a negative result.

For telehealth consultations, we offer a virtual waiting room where patients can conveniently connect with our healthcare professionals. If a physical examination is necessary, we will schedule an appointment for you in our Yellow Pathway Clinic. Please note that face-to-face appointments will incur an additional facility fee to cover the increased costs associated with managing these circumstances.
