"I had an ultrasound done here. It was an abdominal ultrasound, so I was in a dress and had exposed my panties and belly while lying down. However, suddenly a male staff member knocked on the door, opened it right away, and saw me lying there with my undergarments exposed. While the female staff member was finding the item that he needed, the male staff member continued to stare without closing the door. He appeared completely insensitive and did not offer an apology. Even the female staff member conducting the ultrasound did not seem apologetic or uncomfortable about the situation. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I will not be visiting this place again."

"I recently attended QLD Xray at Springfield. I was greeted immediately by friendly receptionist Angela. I told her I was very nervous about my scan and she was just lovely. She reassured me and that really eased my nerves. My procedure was conducted with a high level of care and respect and every step of the process was explained to me. I highly recommend the team at Springfield and won't go anywhere else now."

"3 receptionists. Over 1 minute to acknowledge me standing right in front of them at reception desk. All 3 of them were just looking at their computers and none of them occupied by a phone call. For a private hospital I don’t know how these people were employed. All with personalities like a rock. Very appalled with the lack of customer service. I was told I would get a phone call the day before reminding me of how I needed to be prepared for my first pregnancy scan. I received nothing"

"Attend the place for an ultrasound and sent the referral via email. Staff said they didn't received. Sent the screenshot again attached with email. At last the staff fixed the issue. Took only 5 minutes. Appointment was at 10 am. End up waiting more than 30 minutes. I have informed the staff that i am fasting for the ultrasound. Poor time management. I have checked with reception couple of times."
