"My experience today at the CPAP shop in Corrimal was exceptional. I called them the day prior and spoke to Indah who was really helpful and so easy to talk to, Indah said she would call me back with the correct info I required and she did so in no time. I went in today and spoke to Rose who was also very helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't require ,Infact Rose told me that I didn't need some items just yet and to try everything first and call them if I need any help or support.Rose and Indah are very happy in their job and it certainly shows, Rose and Indah know exactly what is required and set me up with the ResMed AirMini system to be used when travelling and also at home... I was concerned about some issues when travelling over seas but now I don't need to worry as it's all sorted in no time... The customer service is exceptional which is hard to come by these days... While I was being served another customer came in with a warranty issue on a face mask and it was sorted no questions asked and no messing around.. I will definately be back if I require anything in the future... Chris..."

Checking in with a follow-up call was also excellent. Communication with staff is excellent. Their displaying dignity, I felt that nothing was a bother when I had any questions. "Disappointing Experience with The CPAP Shop Corrimal. We recently purchased a CPAP machine from the CPAP Shop at Corrimal and had an extremely disappointing experience. We went to buy a mask and was informed that the new masks were not compatible with my husband’s old machine, and the only option was to purchase a new machine. Reluctantly, we purchased the new machine and was initially told that there was a 30-day return policy on the machine. Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with the performance of the machine and requested a refund. The CPAP Shop at Corrimal initially refused to honour the return policy, now claiming that it only applied to the mask. It was only after standing our ground for over an hour that they finally agreed to refund 80% of the cost, leaving us, elderly couple to bear the remaining 20% loss through no fault of our own. We are extremely disappointed with the CPAP Shop at Corrimal and their poor customer service. It is unacceptable to make customers bear the consequences of the companys contradictory information. We will never do business with them again and would advise others to be careful when dealing with them. In summary, we would not recommend the CPAP Shop at Corrimal due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability."
