Mcdonald's Fairymeadow 1 Princes Highway, Fairy Meadow, New South Wales 2519

"hi, i came in late last night and i know overnights suck and theres always a wait, thats completely fine. we went through drive thru, got our drinks and parked (totally fine, i get it). a crew member came out with our happy meal and when we asked where the rest was she told us we had been given it. i used to work at maccas, i was very polite when i said we hadn’t received the food just the drinks. we then went back and forth with her saying we had received it when we definitely hadn’t, and she actually took a step back and LOOKED in our backseat???? i couldn’t believe she was actually looking through my car for proof i was lying. she then told me i needed to go inside and talk to the manager as i had already received my food? so i had to come inside in pyjamas and ugg boots leaving my drunk boyfriend in the car which made me uncomfortable, and explain to the manager that it must have been handed out wrong and i hadn’t got it. we went back and forth a couple times and then she asked back area for the food. i waited another fifteen minutes maybe? just standing there while it was forgotten about. eventually another crew member who was really sweet asked what i was waiting on, i explained and she grabbed it for me. i left before realising the nuggets weren’t in the bag, so i went back and had to wait the three minutes it takes for nuggets to cook. i totally get that drive thru is the priority, but the people on counter near me were talking about how they had been waiting for 25 minutes. its really not okay to be serving off the counter orders to make your timers look better and then completely neglect counter altogether. with two managers on especially, and only one young person actually getting the orders. you need to be positioning crew in a more effective way, and maybe not arguing with customers when you handed out food to the wrong car? im sorry to be so blunt here but it was genuinely awful."

"Order a large Mocha coffee. Came 3/4 full, too hot, burnt milk. Chocolate wasn't even mixed. Told the front desk guy, HE WAS OVERWHELMED, with the amount of mistakes coming from the cafe area. I told him to not bother but they need intensive training ASAP. He said. "I understand ". A refund would be appreciated.l, but I don't think I will ever buy at this shop again."

"We don't have Maccas much. I went down tonight to get 2 big Mac meals and 6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. When I collected it in the drive-through, I was told it's all there, and the sauce is on the bottom. When I got home, we'll there were no nuggets. I rang 4 times to let them know, but I only got an answering machine. It would cost me more in time,fuel to drive back there again.. Not happy.."

"Friday 31st my partner had to wait 20+ minutes in the waiting bay, along with others. She went through the drive through again just to find out that team member "Holly" had lost/messed up her order, apparently,as the other staff member explained, this isn't the first time holly has made this same mistake. After finally receiving food and coming home, we checked the bag to find the order was wrong anyway. Absolutely horrendous form from Holly, I suggest she is accompanied by someone with at least half a brain to complement her quarter, so there's at least a chance people can get their food."
