Domino's Pizza Fairy Meadow

"Been a customer at this store for 4-5 years, has gone downhill considerable in the last 6 months. Seems as tho most times I order now there is a problem. Last order was not during peak times. Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas, one came not on a gluten free base, lucky I can tell other wise could have become very sick. Toppings lately are thrown on with not care, not spread evenly and not given a whole lot more when ordering premium pizzas. Other dominos stores get it right but not this one. Customer service is generally good when mistakes are identified, they do make an effort to fix it."

"Pre ordered for pickup 5:15. Get there 5:15 order not ready said won't be too long. No worries. Wait 15 mins in store still nothing so I approach the counter and ask about it and they hand it over.. I was clearly waiting in there for my order you would think they'd call out or let me know it was ready. Place is run by a bunch of young kids singing and dancing with no customer service knowledge they just mumble and you're on your way. All that dancing and singing must be why they didn't fulfill my order correctly. Asked for deep pan and got classic. Not a huge issue but also a bit annoying.."

"Edit: owner contacted me but requested I click on a link which took me nowhere. Not sure the point of that. My review below stands.. Just ordered some pizzas for State of Origin. Pre ordered as they recommended. Picked up at requested time. The pizzas were soggy, unappetising and drowned in pizza sauce that tasted like BBQ sauce from a bottle. The shop wasn't busy which makes me think they had cooked them well before pick up time and left them sitting in the box waiting for us to show up. So much for a pre-order and request time. I haven't had Domino's for awhile but thought it would be a good mid week treat for the boys before they watch the game. That will be the last time I buy from Dominos if that is quality of their pizzas these days."

"So unprofessional!!! We ordered online to deliver to our car. The staff member comes out late to the car to bring us our food. Doesn't mention he "ran" out of pasta and that he didn't bring out our garlic bread then when we ask him where our pasta and garlic bread is, he said oh I forgot it and we are out of pasta too my partner said all of them ? He said yeah I think so and brings out a refund for the pasta. Not the first time this has happened, never ordering here again!!! We get home and the pizzas are even undercooked and cut horrendously. Then the manager wants to argue with me and be smart to me on the phone when we could of gotten sick. This Domino's should be closed down!!!!"

"Go elsewhere. Consistently terrible with quality, service and delivery. Too many times ordered delivery only to be left waiting up to 30 mins longer than estimated (sometimes on top of 45 min initial estimate wait) and finally when it shows up it’s cold. The quality of the pizza is inconsistent often barely containing cheese and most recently a loaded pepperoni barely contained pepperoni nor the additional extras you pay for. When calling up to query what happened with your order the staff don’t seem to care, not taking accountability and providing standard responses “will be there in the next 5-10 mins”. Go elsewhere. Not worth it"
