"Couldn’t have more disinterested workers even if you tried. Told me they didn’t make the shoe I needed in the size I wanted. Which they do because I already have them. Just need another pair. Disappointing. Will have to go elsewhere"

"My mother bought a pair of arch walk which cost $150 and barely after only three months of use, they have worn through the heels. She tried to take them back for a replacement pair or even a discount on a new pair (as she found them comfortable) and the saleswoman/manager refused to help quoting that she can’t control how you wear the shoes. This is a ridiculous catch-all and a way to get out of replacing a poorly designed/manufactured pair of shoes. These shoes are not fit for purpose and she should be entitled to a replacement pair."

"I'm the type of person who just prefers grabbing the first pair of runners from big w and calling "shoe shopping done" but sadly due to starting a new job and running through shoes quicker than I've been at my new job, I was sick of replacing shoes. Recommendations from work said either "skechers" or "new balance", after going to other shoe stores and staff not assisting. I stumbled upon this store. I had no friggin clue what I was looking for. To me, a shoe is a shoe and I wasn't keen on spending $$$ on shoes. Well, I threw every question I had at Brandon and explained my "shoe problem" thanks to the work floors. He was uber helpful, pointed to the work friendly shoes and other runners (of quality but maybe not 100% suitable for work). Thanks to his help and his patience, after I went through trying to find my size in the work shoes. I felt 100% fine spending triple digits on shoes, I didn't feel guilty at all for blowing extra on shoes. I even asked him "will these last at least several months to a year?" He straight up said "this should last at least a year, if not several years." He explained that the shoes I was buying are usually ones that medical staff wear. I work in retail and if the shoes I brought are normally suited for medical staff than I know I'm in trustworthy shoe support. Pass on my thanks to Brandon. When (and if) i need to replace my shoes, I'll definitely be back at the store."

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have a significant back injury and am in my 60's. Normally when I go into a shoe shop I suddenly become invisible. The girls there are not really interested in customer service. Yesterday, in desperate need of shoes I can just slip into which doesn't involve buckles, velcro etc I walked into Sketchers at Logan Hyperdome. A beautiful spirited lady called Sarah came to me straight away. I explained what I needed and she went out of her way to help me. I mean help. My back is fused and I am in constant pain. She helped me off with my shoes and helped me put on the Sketchers ones. I decided to buy two pairs. She made me cry when she helped me put my old shoes back on. Why - because her act of kindness, help and compassion meant so much to me. I was very thankful. Sketchers Managers - I sincerely hope you see this review because you have a very special customer service lady there. I wish Skechers and Sarah a very Merry Christmas. Thank you again."
