He listed the pros & cons of each seat & capsule: all features from top to bottom, install processes, suitability & parent favourites. He was able to answer every single question we had with a smile & enthusiasm. Its nice to speak to someone with in-depth product knowledge and the customers’ best intentions in mind. "Very disappointing to find out you get charged again after already paying for a car seat fitting, when you want it change from rear facing to forward facing. This would take 10 mins and the charge is $50. I am more than happy to pay for a service at a reasonable cost. If this service took even 15 minutes this is an hourly rate of $200."
