"This is the third time we have been here. We had one good flat white out of three. The other two were bitter or burnt unfortunately. A return visit over the Easter break Good Friday, as not much else open for coffee in the afternoons . Received great customer service & a good flat white which wasn't burnt with good flavour. Update.... Easter Monday, another visit bad customer service, the barista looked like she didn't want to be there!! Flat white... no crema at all we ordered double shots so should have had some crema at least! For great customer service visit the Greenslopes branch of Zarraffas"
