"Yes the service is prompt, yes they did a good job. The trying to get an invoice with the correct information that was told to you is nearly impossible. If you pay $20 to get a insurance report done they may do it for you. I am a person with a disability and the ladies in the office treated me like I was some type of criminal. All I want is the factual information put down on my invoice so I can claim it through my insurance company. If you are person with a disability I do not recommend this company. Extremely rude. And hang up on me twice. You need a little bit of compassion and understanding with someone who has a disability and not treat them like dirt. Extremely disappointing."

Really appreciated this follow up and consideration. Will, the guy who came out, was great. Super friendly, happy to show my kid all his tools and fixed my fridge quickly and thoroughly.
