"2 phone calls and 2 emails and I haven't received my refund for expired silicone that was cured in the cartridges yet. Also, half a box of tiles, so about 35 tiles were broken but not discovered until installation so not anything can be done about that, but it showed that handling at some point was not good. One was cracked so minutely that I didn't notice until grouting that there was a line. Please respond to my email (that you requested!) and immediately process the refund for the silicone. It's been 2 weeks."
