"Food was beautiful, and catering for allergies was great.. but the big let down was the service, staff and cleanliness. we had a table of 7. after eating, our dirty plates sat on our table for over 1/2 until we decided to tidy them up and move them to an empty table near by, and they were still there by the time we left another hour or so later.. Cutlery was dirty and smelled of meat. We needed a lighter to light a birthday cake, and none of the staff had anything at all. and the "manager" couldnt be bothered even looking.. after I literally went all over the store asking the other patrons if they had a light, 1 staff member came out with a gas stove lighter. the only good thing was the food. but saying that my daughter, the birthday girl, ended up with Gastro the next day. Come again?? No!"

"Pretty disappointed in the food. Had a mexi burger. Was dry as a nuns nasty. They missed the relish, but not sure that would have helped. The pattie was like a hockey puck. My dining partner was equally disappointed with the wagu wonder...like, wonder where the flavour is. I am sure others would like it. ."

"I built my own burger what all I wanted, the beef burger was extremely good and I loved the low carb bun. Good and fast staff attention. Price 22 aud. I recommend it and will come back soon :)"

"Visited on a Monday and got the BOGOF meat free Monday deal for Relish members, so tried 2 different meat free options: 1. Impossible Simply Grill'd, $13.50, featuring an Impossible Foods pattie with cos lettuce, tomato, Spanish onion, relish & herbed mayo. 2. Fable Truffle, $14.50, featuring a meaty mushroom Fable pattie with aged cheddar, cos lettuce, fresh basil & truffle mayo. I picked the first, and wifey the second. I was hoping for a more like for like showdown but she wanted the truffle version and there's no equivalent in the Impossible range, so maybe it wasn't altogether a fair fight. In any case we couldn't agree on which was better cos we each preferred our original choices. I guess it may come down to whether you want something that works more as a substitute for real meat (the Impossible), or are happy with something that functions as an alternative to meat (the Fable). I like the bright and open seating area of this branch. It was pretty quiet when we visited, and food was served fairly quickly. Had a slight hiccup with redeeming a drinks voucher, but the manager on duty sorted it out without fuss once I brought the issue to a staff member's attention."
