"Mark was fantastic to deal with. All communication was easy, clear and detailed. We moved up the install with short notice and they were able to sort everything on their end very quickly. Les installed our pool in what is a very difficult area. It was not accessible by any machinery and everything (including the back fill cement) had to be carried up a steep hill and then under a house by hand. He did an amazing job and worked so hard to get it done for us before the builders arrived for the decking. Les deserves a raise! I would recommend these guys to anyone! Amazing experience."

The pool looks great only problems were their computer system said the bigger pool we ordered would fit and didn’t so we had to go a little smaller which is fine. My husband rang to find out where our pool cleaner was as it wasn’t here , he spoke to Mark, Mark doesn’t seem to care much about customer service because he was pretty rude on the phone. From start to finish the build was done in two days. We are so happy with it... now looking forward to the deck going in."

"I had a brilliant experience with Classic Pools installing an in-ground modular in Brisbane. My block has difficult (steep and narrow) access and the pool site itself is very sloped. Nothing can be craned and custom concrete construction was going to be very challenging and expensive. I had never considered modular as an option until I saw examples of how they can be finished with decking like at the Classic display. I ordered a 6.1x3.6m rectangle with deep end from Classic. Mark was helpful with advice and organised an installer for me. The timelines and costs Mark estimated ended up being accurate almost to the dollar, even though my installation was difficult and the installers needed to bring in rock breakers to complete the excavation. I had the pool decking and fencing built by Kiemann Constructions, who Classic recommended, and love the results. Everybody I dealt with from sales to the installation partners and the builder were professional and considerate, forthright about what to expect, timing, pricing, etc and helpful at handover. I ordered in September, the pool was installed and swimmable (temporary fencing) in November, and fully completed (with deck and fence) in December. Overall the pool and deck were about half the price and a quarter of the time as concrete would have been."
