When you visit our clinic, please remember to bring your Medicare Card and any Private Health Insurance details, if applicable. Our facility, known as "Wentworth Cottage," is situated within the grounds of Calvary St John's Hospital. You can easily find us by turning into the main carpark from Cascade Road. Our red brick cottage is located in the middle of the carpark. Limited parking is available onsite, so we advise allowing sufficient time to ensure punctuality for your appointment.

For new patients, we kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete necessary forms. Failing to do so may result in a shortened consultation time.
