"The doctors are amazing here I have been coming here since I was born have always traveled sometimes up to an hour to get here. Unfortunately the reception staff are the rudest women, what happened to customer service they do not look you in the eye or greet you when you walk into the door. Pathology I had not went back to either after years when I was scared to get a needle and then went on to be rude about me having tattoos an can’t be scared. Today I was 5 minutes late to my appointment my bad but they had already put appointments infront of me an expected me to wait for multiple people to go in when they are always running more then 30 minutes late sometimes, if you’re 5 minutes late you should get 10 minutes to still use coming from someone who has worked with appointments an clients for years it’s just common courtesy. Will never come back now unfortunately."
"Dr Paul and nurses helped me through a bad foot injury (wound) and again with septic wound after an appendectomy. Both took weeks and months to recover. I just have praise for all of them Huge thanks"
"Not the best doctors clinic I've been too. The day of my visit was awful. Saturday morning, waiting room was packed, only two doctors and one receptionist. Feel bad for receptionist, swept off of her feet with people coming in and the phone ringing every 2 minutes. The doctors on the other hand seemed very rushed and wanted you to get out of their fast. Didn't resolve the issue I had that day. Waiting room was packed, small, and very dark. Not much lighting, no entertainment for patients either (TV, newspapers, kids toys etc), only a radio that you can barely hear. Probably won't be coming back until there's a few more changes."
"Evey time I have been here I have had to wait more then 30 minutes to see the doctor, even with my newborn screaming ive had long wait times. On multiple occasions ive had to speak with reception about the lengthy wait, and every time I have been informed that the doctor is in an emergency. Why on earth does the receptionist not advise patients of this when checking in? This is disrespectful of the patients time. On multiple occasions ive experienced the receptionists having a combative tone, and normally on hold for 5 minutes or more when calling to book an appointment. Ive also been charged for a double appointment on more then a handful of occasions when the time has gone over the 15 minute appointment schedule by only a couple of minutes. Frustrating that a patient is rushed, however even more so when the doctor talks about things you didn't ask or need to know so it takes up the time that the patient is paying for. If I go overtime I can understand paying but 2-3 minutes when it is the doctor that's making appointments go longer is infuriating. The poor customer service from reception and the nature of the billing really let's this place down. It feels like a bulk billing service but with all the out of pocket expenses. Shame because there are a few lovely doctors that work there."
"Very disappointed with the doctor I saw today. Went with a shoulder injury and was told not to use my right arm at work but was suitable to return to work to do duties such as answering the phone. I am a builders labourer, answering the phone has never been any part of my job. Doctor didnt want to listen, just wanted the quickest possible consult I will be going elsewhere in future"
