For the sake of patient confidentiality and privacy, we do not provide test results over the phone. To discuss your test results, please schedule an appointment with your doctor.

At Forest Road Medical Centre, we prioritize your privacy and adhere to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. If you require additional information, please consult our reception staff.

We accept patients with a valid Medicare or DVA Card, as well as some private health insurance organizations that offer GP cover, including BUPA members. For other patients, a fee may be charged based on the level of consultation required. Our friendly reception staff will gladly provide you with fee details upon request.

To ensure a smooth appointment, please remember to bring any necessary documents or information related to your health issue. If you have multiple health concerns, it may be advisable to book a long consultation. Please inquire about this when booking your appointment.

Please note that we triage patients upon arrival, and urgent matters will be given priority. We apologize in advance if this causes any delays to your scheduled appointment time.

Certain types of medicals, such as drivers' medicals, are not covered by Medicare and will be charged privately. If you are unsure about the coverage of a specific medical service, please inquire at our reception.

If you prefer to use public transportation, our medical centre is only a 2-minute walk from Bus No. 10 Station Lake Rd stop.
