"Never eat at this venue Ordered steak sandwich Waitress delivered it to the table it was not cooked meat was red raw Sent it back to be re cooked then it was delivered to the table & bread was soggy, absolutely discussing. Our friends who were dinning with us ordered a steak sandwich and it never arrived after 45 mins we asked for it and they forgotten to write the order. This place is a joke And I will will be spreading the work on this terrible experience. Stay away from this venue"
"Worst breakfast in Wollongong. Eggs benedict took 50 minutes to get to me and when it did, it was cold and slathered in goop (I won't call it sauce). Inedible. I complained, little attempt made to rectify and I did not have time to wait as I was on business. No offer of free coffee or anything substantial. The place round the corner restored my faith in Wollongong breakfasts. Even 2 hasbrowns at Macca's is far superior. Do yourself a favour and don't."
"Negative stars should be an option for this restaurant. My husband tried to be lovely by booking an 8yr anniversary dinner for us and when we ring to cancel/move our booking due to having to go to night shift at work not only does he get spoken to like a piece of dirt and told there is no booking in his name and he doesn't know what he's talking about but then gets told that that's what nice customer service is! Telling a customer they are wrong and can't use a website properly is nice customer service....? Right, good job to the woman who couldn't even ask "how are you" when answering the phone. Your boss should seriously look at rehiring. Disgusting attitude and customer service. Now I'll never know what your menu holds, what a shame."
