"My son celebrated his 21st birthday at Dagwood last Saturday night. The communication with staff was amazing since I first booked 2 weeks ago. On the night, all staff went above and beyond and constantly checked in with everyone, even though it was constantly busy. The food was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The area they celebrated was perfect and I would highly recommend this venue. Thank you to everyone at Dagwood."
"Went to bottomless brunch. Service was great, staff were really friendly and happy to serve. Dumplings were okay, but they only served one type the whole session. We had vego dumplings to at the start, even if they served them alongside the pork (I think?) ones if would be better. Drinks were weak, tasted bland and only one type. I think it was like a long island style drink? Not great. The price is the sore point. You pay $80pp for bland, watered down alcohol and boring dumplings. Not worth it."
"good staff. very delightful staff and the chef's are great. I came on mother's Day they had an event and I managed to order the pork Bao and some alcohol. We also had the shoe string fries and they were delicious but lessen the paprika next time. the side sauces are a good add and the location of this place makes sense. keep up the great hard work."
"I went on a Thursday evening and it wasn't too busy but I saw this place packed out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No wonder it's popular, the food was delicious and the plates are certainly conducive to sharing. The serves were good. I ordered Bao buns with pork belly, prawn dumplings and Korean fried chicken bites. After having the bao buns and prawn dumplings I was full. I tried a couple of pieces of Korean chicken which was juicy and delicious but had to get a take away container for the rest of them. I had a wine but there was a nice assortment of cocktails listed on the menu and specials board."
"We were driving through Wollongong heading to another place for dinner when we saw the bright lights and colourful exterior and we decided to stop here instead. Prompt service friendly staff and delicious food we had the pork bao buns, steak tacos and the pork dumplings all were very nice but really enjoyed the dumplings my wife was worried the chilli oil was going to be to hot but it was very mild."
