"The shop attendant was extremely rude. We just settled into our new home in Greenbank and were buying our home welcoming party needs. First round I bought a plastic container for ice, and they swapped the one I chose for a dodgier one. Then I came back for more items and was told to go down the aisle and would find the item half way to the left. I couldn't find the item we needed and the attendant told me to go back and gave the same instructions. By the 3rd time I asked, he was extremely rude and said "Are you serious?" I replied, "If I found it and didn't need further assistance, would I ask?" He was literally around the corner and wouldn't walk around to show me, like I was of inconcenience to him. He knew exactly how to turn off his customer. I went to pay and tapped the eftpos terminal screen and it didn't work so I moved my cards upwards to see if it would work, and was left there helpless. He then said tap the screen after I asked for assistance because it was taking too long, and I replied that he literally just saw me do that. I'll leave it with this note, I won't ever shop there ever again. I have worked in hospitality since 2008 and this was the worst service ever given. His attitude, body language and everything was very hostile. If there wasn't laws and I was younger, I would've slapped him silly. The worse customers service ever! Don't shop here! I would rather drive an hour or more for better service, more importantly, basic for basic human respect and courtesy."
