"Highly recommend Dr Mitch. Very caring and you can tell he is genuinely passionate about his job. I have never waited for a long period of time. The reception staff - and pathology next door are great as well. Jimboomba medical centre will remain my families practice."

"shame medical staff are not better educated on our laws. It is unlawful to request a medical exemption form (not required per Qld Health) and unlawful to ask the reason for the exemption. Lawful, discriminatory and basic medical apartheid to then refuse service. Ignorance of this level from the receptionist I can almost tolerate, but gross negligence from a doctor is disgusting. Wouldn't let him work on my dog and he certainly shouldn't be allowed to treat people."

"Dr Williams is excellent, she listens, takes her time and refers to specialists when needed. I have had many GPs (I deal with chronic pain) and she has been the best so far. Highly recommend. The receptionists here are usually nice, although I have stood waiting, multiple times, for one receptionist in particular to acknowledge I was there."

"The Doctors, Nurses and Reception Staff at this Medical Centre are amazing. I have two young boys 2 and 6mo. They are always very thorough and have even called the next day after an appt to see how the child concerned was feeling. I even received a phone call during pregnancy to see how I was as I hadn't been in due to being away. They are caring, professional and always go above and beyond to see us even when they are fully booked. This type of service outweighs any wait times that may be endured (not that there have been many - maybe 2 or 3 in the 2.5 years I have been attending). Keep up the great work Jimboomba Medical Centre."

"We have been going to this medical centre for at least 10 years. Over this time, it has been a very pleasant experience. The doctors are friendly and competent. I am impressed with how much they care. Probably the most valuable item for me is that the doctor's are consistently good. This means that if your preferred doctor is not available, there is bound to be someone else there that can help you just as much. The receptionists always do their best to fit appointments in."
