"There is something so calming and almost healing about this place, we came for coffee and it was just lovely sitting outside watching the ducks in the pond swimming and playing. It was very tranquil and relaxing. I came back the next day to see Kathy, I was fairly sceptical going in the room, within seconds Kathy had put me at ease and I was in tears, I desperately needed to know my son was okay and as odd as it sounds I needed to know he knew he had passed. Kathy could tell me things about my son, the accident and a lot of other things I didn't mention, it wasn't on social medial or mentioned in the news paper. I was able to ask my son a lot of questions I needed answers to. The staff are all welcoming, I think it might be the owner who I've met both times I have visited. There is something calming about this lady, it's like when she is near my pain is less. I have no idea why or if it's even a thing but I feel it. Thank you all Salt & Soul staff I have interacted with, you are all amazing humans. I will be back for a try in the Salt Room, I'm not sure of it's benifits, but I'm giving it a go. Salt & Soul makes you want to open your mind and body to new things. Thanks for being amazing humans and thank you for making a place where my soul feel safe and protected."

"I’ve never felt so welcome in a healing space than I do when I step through the doors of Salt and Soul. The owners, the staff and all the therapists there are are just so down to earth and humble. The space always looks immaculate. Their soaps are Devine!!! I’ve hosted a couple of my own events there as well and it was seamless. I highly recommend stopping by for a coffee, some delicious food. a chat, or booking in to one of their events. You won’t be disappointed."
"Beautiful place to relax and re-charge, from sitting by the lake having a coffee, having a massage to relaxing in the salt therapy room. Amazing selection of candles, soaps and crystals. They also offer Reiki and Readings. A must go to place!"
