"First off Maddison and Brian were a pleasure to deal with, sale went smoothly wasn't until we took the car that these guys dropped the ball. We've had our car for 3 months now and are STILL waiting on our 2nd set of keys, log book and manual. We were told that these would be mailed out within the week due to them being in Brisbame at head office. We've had countless emails with "we will follow this up" and still nothing. If these guys were upfront about the keys, log books and manual we would never have bought the car. I would not recommend dealing with these guys. I'm now seeking further action since these guys are refusing to hand over what they had promised."
