"Extremely poor service by the elderly lady that works at this store. I asked for a ham and cheese toastie, she made me a ham and cheese sub when it got to the end and I notice they were rolling it up I bought to their attention that I asked for the ham and cheese toastie. The elderly lady persisted to tell me that no I said ham and cheese so she thought the ham and cheese sub and that next time I should say toastie. They didn’t even offer to make me what I wanted and expected me to receive the sub I didn’t even ask for. Very poor customer service."

"Karkit you're an absolute legend!!! You greet every customer with a smile although you're normally the only one serving in the busy lunch rush. The subs you make are fantastic and I think all the customer's really appreciate you!!! Hopefully the lady owner realises what an asset you're. Your literally the only good thing about that place. Keep up the awesome work mate."
"Atrocious food, and rude staff. Person who took my order wasn't listening to me, I can't have egg and requested for no sauce, but was somehow given mayo. When I took it back, this rude lady who was clearly miserable, made it her job to ensure I was just as miserable by blaming me for the mistake, reluctantly remaking the sandwich and throwing it at me without saying a word. As someone who works in the food industry I am no less than appalled by this encounter. I try to give the benefit of the doubt where I can, especially if it is ever busy, but considering I was one of 3 people there, there is absolutely no excuse. Would give less of a score if I could. Just go ANYWHERE else, that little sushi spot in the foot court has some nice things."
