"Philip is quite rude, making a family with a then 3 month old on oxygen homeless and not caring either way it went, there was little to no contact when emails or messages were sent and would not uphold requests for contact to be made via email or sms, because what better way to twist somebodies words when they don’t have that paper trail to back them up RENTERS BEWARE and repairs don’t even bother trying because they won’t get done Anything major will be left up to you to fix and then they’ll pull the “I didn’t receive any email” card! Dishonesty is what he strives for, he is not the most “honest in the business” as he quotes himself to be I hope I never see you again, you are a vial human being with no empathy"

"First interaction was over the phone, where this person was not overly friendly, seemed unorganised and disinterested. Came to inspect a property, where this individual arrived late, had no interest in answering any questions and made attempts to move a number of inspectors out of the house within 5 minutes. Not professional, and not eager to lease the property whatsoever. Overall, was disinterested in all potential tenants, and seemed completely disinterested in their job. Will not be inspecting properties managed by this Real Estate office in the future."

"Extremely rude at a house inspection I attended. But I still applied for the house, as it suited my needs. He then never emailed me back about any of the details around my application. I have attempted followed up several times since. With no response still. Looked like he saw that I have children and immediately shrugged mine and my partner's application off. Totally in the wrong working field. Also wanted to apply for a different house through them, but got told because I have children and pets that me and my fiance weren't suitable and to not bother applying."

"It took me nearly 4 calls and two weeks to get onto the Realtor. When I finally got a chance to talk to him he was very unprofessional in the way he rejected me for a property. "Nah mate the owner wasn't happy with that" were the only words I got from him. I was very let down with the fact that I was told I'd be called back nearly 4 times and never was. The worst part is that I'm a 19 year old salesman and I approach my work place with more proffesionalism than they do."
