Debonair Property Management

"Good communication is indeed important which is why I am quite confused as I have been trying to contact property manager Skye Bartlett, in regard to returning keys to a property my mother and I were intending to rent, my mother passed away suddenly before we moved in, in my grief I emailed Skye to explain the situation and that I simply could not continue with the rental as I am a single mother and having my mother pass away I could not afford the rent alone and I had funerals bills to pay etc. Skye then called me back instead of emailing me and explained that it would be fine to cancel our rental with the loss of my mother and she was so sorry for my loss. Since my mothers death in April, I have not been able to contact Skye to return the keys to Wirraway crescent. She has avoided my calls and messages. I don’t ever recommend Debonair property management. Skye has caused me so much stress after the death of my mother, she has not made an effort to contact me back and I have no idea where to return the rental keys or what she has done with the rental agreement."
