"We had an amazing time at Jamberoo, I would love to keep this a secret but a business needs support to survive and Barbara deserves that support. She is a brilliant host who baked yummy lavender bread on the first morning of our stay and was respectful of privacy at all times. The guest house comes with an orange tree right in front, a hot tub, has Google Nest installed so you can request for music at any time. Their lovely farmer brought us on a mini tour, let my boy try out the tractor and we picked eggs from the hens for breakfast! Magical indeed. We will be back!"
"Jamberoo Valley Farm is a really unique place which has provided so many happy memories for our family. We have stayed a few times in the cottages (two kids – aged 6 and 9). We've also stayed with our extended family in the spectacular main house. We'll definitely be back again and again. The kids are in heaven and invited to enjoy and interact with the farm animals to their heart's content. The new miniature goats can perform tricks and are a real highlight. Other highlights include helping to feed the alpacas and the sheep (which are incredibly tame), as well as collecting the eggs and harvesting the fruit and veggies for our farm to table meals. I love sitting on the veranda or in the hot tub and enjoying the fresh air with my husband while we watch the kids roam free. It's a complete reset from the busyness of our usual lives in Sydney. The host, Barbara is also super relaxed and welcoming. Her fresh bread is amazing. Last time we were there, she mentioned they might be starting an email list to notify repeat guests about specials and last minute vacancies. We'll definitely be signing up because it can be hard to getting a booking, especially during holidays and long weekends."
"We cannot recommend more highly. Jamberoo Valley Farm is one of a kind. Alpacas, mini goats, that are so sweet and smart too, chickens, a sheep named John, cows and little bunnies- our kids were in heaven and so were we. The view over the rolling hills out to the sea is amazing - especially from the hot tub that can also be heated by wood fire. Barbara is so lovely, bringing fresh bread, coffee and eggs. The garden produce was amazing, with spinach, apples, berries and even quince (I think). The native bird life was also amazing. We stayed in the main house which was really luxurious. Wood fire, central heating, even heated bathroom floors- wow! Our kids loved the ping pong table, pool and fire pit but actually my favourite part was the shower with a door that opens up into a rainforest!! This must be Australia’s best kept secret."
"We waited almost a year for availability and it was absolutely worth the patience and the cost! This isn’t a typical farm stay - there’s so many extras piled in… from the freshly baked loaf/eggs picked from the chickens, Sid’s tour of the property and animal feeding (sheep, alpacas, pigs, chickens, birds, fish), hot tub, fire pit toasting marshmallows, tree swing. The house itself is also very luxurious and clean with plenty of fresh linen and underfloor heating. A welcome hamper was also provided - honestly no fault to this place! We would love to come back with friends and family."
