"The worst subway I have been to. The server was so rude and very clearly did not want to be at work. The Subway sandwich was poorly made and all ingredients were chucked on the bench beside the sandwich. The chicken terryaki had not been defrosted properly and the whole thing was not edible. Some serious staff education is in need."
"Waited and waited at subway Dapto mall today , no one at the shop front myself and another customer were speaking amongst ourselves. Maybe they needed at go to loo or something. Then I see some feet poking out from the back of the kitchen . 3 staff sitting there on the floor as if they were on a break . I yelled out hey we've been waiting a young girl came out . She then started to serve the people at the back of the cue, I literally said you've gotta be kidding me. I Left and went to subway on the highway. Cudos to them didn't wait a second .. highly recommend subway next to BWS . We were very patient but when you see people sitting around when there are customers to be served. It's annoying ! It's obvious they just didn't care ."
