"I use Dean, I hated the thought of going to the dentist but yet I had about 3-4 months of work needed and Dean was super kind and explained every little detail and step by step process of which appointment was going to include and was super gentle and always asked me if I was okay before he continued with the work needed and just all round a really nice guy to even talk too. "My toddler and I attended this dental surgery yesterday for her first ever check-up. I wasn't too sure how well she would go but Dr.Taylor was so calm and friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable in the dentist chair. She sat there perfectly whilst she looked at her teeth, even stayed there for a clean and flouride without any fuss! She's still raving about how much fun she had at the dentist. Very child-friendly. 10stars! Highly recommend."
"First time at Peaceful Dental and had an awesome experience. I walked in and was greeted with a genuine warm smile and greeting. The reception staff are great and make you feel at ease (lets face it, a lot of is get quite anxious with dental visits). Dr Alisa came out and again received a very warm greeting and was escorted to the room. Everything was explained clearly and the assistant team were very friendly. They all knew i had anxiety and constantly asked how i was going and payed good attention to my body language while having my examination and procedures. Dr Alisa and her team were just amazing and didn’t judge me at all for being a bit of a wuss bag! I imagine they would be brilliant with kids. After i was done we sat down to discuss what was done and what still needed to be done in clear detail. This shows just how good Peaceful Dental is. They have made a new long term customer and i cannot praise them enough for their professionalism, genuineness and being sympathetic and caring for someone with Dental anxiety.
