Edited to add: the work wasn’t under my name but I saw your direct quote. I’m not sure if you’re aware that the clients still need to contribute towards the work, it’s not fully funded by the aged care support provider. I have seen multiple quotes on your stationary i.e prior to any supposed added fees, that are, in my experience, high compared with other contractors. Difficult to understand why."
