"My Nissan needed a HID headlight replacement .I gave these guys a call on 06/06/23 and was asked to drop off the car next morning , and was told if I leave it during the day they will have a look at it.I ended up leaving the vehicle on the same day, overnight as it would have been easier for them to go through it when they get a chance. Since I didn't hear anything back the next day( Called twice and no one bothered to return the call) , I went to check the status of the vehicle around 12pm . Nothing was done at this point and when I spoke to Andrew he mentioned he will look at it on that day. While I was there a woman walked into this business and her matter was looked at on the spot without any delays. I came back and collected the car around 4pm and they did not even bother to have a look at it . ( This was after leaving the car for close to 8 hours on a day when they told me to do that via the phone and in person ) Having dealt with few workshops in the area I do understand that these places get busy all the time. A simple phone call saying you won't be able to have a look at it could have saved my entire day . But this was absolutely pathetic . Took it to a different place and they sorted me out within 15 minutes even though they were about to close. Avoid this business !"
"Andrew did some electrical work on our 2017 Forester and we found him to be efficient and friendly. The work was done to a high standard and for a very reasonable price. My previous experience with him has also been exceptionally good, he worked on a BMW Z4 for me but was unable to repair the fault because BMW make it very difficult to access wiring diagrams. Despite having put several hours into it, he didn’t charge us anything, very good of him. Thanks Andrew, I would recommend you highly. Gary Brown"
