"1 star is generous for the absolute disgraceful attitude of staff. Tried to return ONE item from the $400 I’ve spent in the last month and refused as I only had the one and only email that I received from bonds which had proof of purchase and order ID. Both girls were nasty, rude and unhelpful and offered zero assistance or solution. Contacted head office and was confirmed that they SHOULD have returned my item with the document provided. Looking forward to hearing from the regional manager to discuss these pathetic little girls who think they can treat people with such disrespect, and that they shouldn’t forget I’m the one who is keeping them in a job.."

"Terrible experience at this shop with extremely rude shop keepers. My friend and I were looking at crop tops in the corner and then my friend began to feel light headed so I told her to sit down on a ledge. Within about 5 minutes we had left the store and began to notice someone following us for about ten shops. We began to feel as though this person was a kidnapped and eventually we were pulled up by two “chinky and threatening” security guards. At this moment in time we had about 50 meters to walk in order to check in with a trusted adult so that they are aware that we haven’t been kidnapped. They then proceeded to deny the fact that we could see this adult and took us back to the shop. This is actually illegal due to the fact that we were two 12 year old minors and we were being taken away without our permission nor an adults. Once we got to the shop it turned out that the lady following us was in fact a shop worker. We were then accused of stealing a cheap, tacky, bad quality and overpriced crop top. We offered to empty our bags and then we were even required to show our pockets. This got to a point when they threatened to call the police therefore e began to get nervous. Due to the fact that we were nervous our faces began to go red and they confronted us about it and told us to own up now but there was nothing to own up to. (Note: they assumed that we had shop-lifted because there was a coat hanger on the floor within the area we were sitting and it didn’t have a crop top on it, we told them to check the security cameras but it turned out they were causing us without any proof because they don’t have security cameras). After about 10 more minutes we began to get nervous because they continued to threaten to call the police. They began to think that we had snuck into a bathroom or dressing room to put it in but if the shop assistant followed us around the entire mall she would have been able to take a note of us going into the bathroom. They then asked to check which crop top we were wearing and that made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable and we weren’t even wearing crop tops from the bonds brand!! They continued to feel suspicious but eventually let us leave and then once we got to our trusted adult who began to get worried we told her the entire story and then she went back to the shop and confronted and they denied all of their actions including asking us to empty our pockets, threatening to call the police ect. I will never enter that shop again and I would give it 0 stars if I could! This was extremely disappointing!"

"Highly incompetent staff, didn't know how to exchange a couple of items and refused to serve me. I was very upset, made me wait in agony for FOUR hours back and forth into the store, I'm 8 months pregnant so finally she called the area manager and I had the Bonds manager on email cos I wrote to say why no exchange on brand new unworn items bought recently. After having SO much help she finally exchanged them. Process took from 12 pm til 4:30 pm. Very very terrible service, I almost sued them big time. The weekend staff should be fired!"
