"Professional and efficient. I had disgusting carpets that had never been professionally cleaned. Over 10+ years of dirt in them. They did a heavy duty clean in 3 rooms in an hour. They ran boiling hot water through the carpets sanitising them. They smell and feel so damn nice. I was aware all the light stains made by my pets wouldn't change.
