"Do not believe the "fake" positive reviews! Quoted $675 and then told an extra $500 upon arrival for a 4 bed, 2 living and 3 bathroom. They agreed to do it on a Saturday so I reluctantly agreed. Long story short, not only did they do a horrendous clean, they actually damaged the property resulting in addittional costs to me so I could receive my bond back. I'll let the photos do the talking..."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We engaged Cleanwee to do our Bond Clean. The cleaner was at our house for 10 hours and when we arrived, nothing was clean. The floors were a disgrace, the kitchen bench hadn't even been wiped down, the oven wasn't clean, the cupboards all left dirty, no window sills clean. Not to mention the fact that they charged us an additional $160 to clean a small external area which hadn't even been looked at. Cleaner also left her dinner rubbish all over our front lawn. Made us pay up front, and left the house in a terrible condition. DO NOT book this company. You will deeply regret it like we have."
"Promptly booked in my bond clean. They arrived 30minutes late. Quoted a price and then was asked to pay more upon arrival because I had a laundry cupboard. The owner was very friendly but the two ladies who were in charge to clean my property did not speak English and I think new to cleaning. After the clean was completed I came to check and I swear to god I was shocked. There were SO many things missed, it was still dirty and for some reason my oven was taken apart!. I asked them to come back straight away as it was the afternoon they took 3 hours to come back and advised because they came back after my entry report if anything needs going over as per the 5 day guarantee it was voided. The owners were apologetic but it was the LAST thing I needed to stress over during a move and trying to get my bond back! Highly disappointed."
