Our two state-of-the-art gyms, located on the Wollongong Campus and Innovation Campus, are equipped with the latest Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment. With over 40 pieces of cardio equipment featuring interactive technology, you can track your workouts, watch TV, and listen to music while you train. We also offer a wide variety of the most up-to-date Hammer Strength professional training equipment.

For those who prefer group fitness classes, we offer over 75 classes each week across our two locations. Our classes include a mix of Les Mills classes, FMT & HITT, yoga programs, and water classes. Whether you're into lifting weights, joining a group exercise class, swimming, or prefer cardio workouts on a treadmill or bike, we have a membership pass to suit your preferences.

We accept Fitness Passport holders at the Gold membership level, providing access to GX Classes, pool use, and general gym facilities in both locations.
