With recent changes to the Health Insurance Act legislation, it is important to note that you may be charged a private fee or be eligible for bulk billing, depending on the decision made by your specialist.

For new referrals, our specialists will triage and determine the most appropriate consultation for you. Rest assured, we strive to notify you as soon as possible to minimize any waiting time.

In terms of prescription and pathology forms, please allow a minimum of 48 hours for them to be sent out after a telehealth appointment, unless the situation is urgent. In such cases, our doctors will ensure that the necessary processing is done promptly.
