Sally D, and Maya are just rays of sunshine on what is usually a stressful occasion (getting scans and biopsies). These two made me feel like it was just another day, and we chatted about anything but what I was there for which is exactly what I needed at the time. The entire staff, including the nurses, pathologists and doctors were friendly, professional, and kind. They didn’t rush but didn’t fuss. It was exactly what you want from a health care visit."
"This review is directed at IMED network and this is no way directed at the Hobart workers who are great. I attended Hobart Private and required some x-rays. IMED network did not send an invoice for these services. 5 months later, I receive a letter from IMED threatening to send me to a debt collection agency for an invoice that was never sent, with no reminder notices. I quickly paid the invoice. I have since discovered that IMED have still sent my details to COLLECT AU for debt collection, despite the invoice being paid. Disgraceful. In response to the auto reply from IMED. I emailed the address given in the reply before leaving this Google review. I've had no contact. The debt collection agency has been in contact and advised that they will cease. However, there has still been no apology or contact from IMED about my personal details being given to a third party, when IMED were in error."

"I've never considered breaking my own leg to get it checked faster. I need to get an MRI on my knee done asap as I'm in an incredible amount of pain yet the only next available appointment is in 2 weeks from now and I booked last week and every day that passes I swear it gets worse. I've never been so angry with a business before"
"i made an appointment and they just changed that 3 times for me(dont know wether there will be a 4th time..) with reasons"we just have to change that" and pretty rude attitute. was suppose to do my ultrasound on a thursday, then to friday, then change me to next tuesday. its kind of an urgent ultrasound for me but apparently for them they dont care. feeling hopelesss while you keep receiving calls on the day you suppose to go do an ultrasound and they told you they have to move your appointment to another day. super poor experience even before doing the ultrasound with them. one star for me from now."
