"Nothing wrong with Petbarn Mittagong NSW. however website often offers deals that cannot be accessed. Out-of-town Friends for Life customers often need click and collect to access deals as they come up online. There are no deliveries for regional customers. Have wasted much time following links to go online and logging in to account, searching and putting in both personal and order details, then "submit" options greyed out. Or site freezes and popup states site under maintenance. Staff at Mittagong not kept up to date with the website offers or any issues accessing them. They are happy to, but will waste their time, searching on their computer to help with this problem, but do not appear to have access to offers that their customers receive by email. So we can't access the deal online, and the store can't provide it because they do not have the relevant information. 1 1/2 stars for the online store. 4 stars for the Mittagong store."
