Irresponsible, unprofessional, didn't spend time on the client's case at all, only started to look at the material at the last minute before the court (the material was submitted to them months ago, even twice) in the middle of the court, Only then did they say that we did not meet the conditions and asked us to withdraw the application. We found this law firm a few months ago to handle my husband's drunk driving case and the application for a restricted driver's license. The lawyer named Cameron met us. After he heard about our situation, I asked him, If my husband will get the restricted license.He said our conditions met the application criteria. Then we paid more than $3,000 lawyer fees and waited for a court hearing. Before the hearing，we provided our all bank account statements as required to the lawyer. During the court hearing, the lawyer said that we had some materials that we did not give to the court in time, so he applied for The hearing was adjourned. Then he asked us another $1320 for legal fees. We finally waited for the second court hearing today，but during the court hearing, he walked out and said that there was too much money in our account, which did not meet the application requirements. I was shocked at the moment, and I questioned him: I have given you this bank statement for several months, did you find out that there is money on it until today? He blamed it on my husband, saying my husband said it was a loan account so he thought it was money we owed the bank. I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS!You are lawyer!How can you make this ridiculous mistake! Is this what a lawyer with professionalism and expertise should say? The bank statement headline have a BIG ‘offset’tell me you thought it was a loan account? Have you reviewed client submissions in advance? If you don't review, is it reasonable to charge us nearly $5000 in legal fees? Where is it used, and I require specific credentials? What else does a lawyer need if the client has legal knowledge? I pay for legal services, just to get professional services! If you can't provide a professional service, or you don't have it, then please don't waste my money! This is the worst legal service I have used ever！"
