"I used this firm for family law matters and received the poorest advice and spent two months of wasted time. Their dealings were more tailored to try and finalise my matter rather than provide an adequate outcome. Eventually a letter was drafted from the BMB lawyer with inaccuracies and damaging comments that were not instructions from me, that if sent to the opposing lawyer, would have been catastrophic. When I attempted to raise my concerns with management at BMB, the response I received lacked any insight or attempts remediate the course of action taken. The firm spent no time sending through the final bill once I decided to change firms, this was done in a matter of hours. However, weeks have passed and they still haven’t forwarded all my documents and disclosure to the new firm. Clearly they are just interested in profits and not outcome and continue to delay progress."
