"Total time 5mins...$93 consultation. $40+ for antibiotics. The male vet argued for 5 mins with the reception clerk about my file in front of me. Then to my dog. Had 3 attempts at trying to insert the thermometer in his rectum. Failed dismally and gave up. I suggested he try the ear thermometer but he refused saying the were no good. Okay. Are you going to look at the swelling on my dog's neck. He looked but didn't touch my dog at all. Said he thought it was an ingrown hair. I asked if he could drain the cyst on my dog's side. He refused. My regular vet in the country would have drained the cyst, examined the dog with care and concern. And certainly can insert a thermometer in his bottom. And I would have been given a real diagnosis. What?? Heard him tell the next person he has 20yrs as a Vet. Really? Tomorrow I am taking my dog to another Vet to get him better. Do not go to this Vet."
