"A great visit! The waiting area is clean. The reception counter is easy to approach. There are adequate rooms available for the examinations to be conducted. You can be moved into one of those rooms in the event you are waiting to be seen and the need to avoid pet contact with other pets in the waiting area becomes an issue. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. They showed compassion and a genuine sincerity towards our pet related circumstances. The health issues with our pets were addressed and the costs involved were reasonable. We will continue to seek their services in the future. Highly recommended!"
