"I stuck to the first shop, and this other shop is one of my favorites to buy as a gift for friends on their occasions"
"My husband has bought me 3 pairs of loop drop ear rings from Prouds. They do not come with any fastener on the back to stop them falling out when you embrace someone or they get knocked. I lost one of the first pair and went back to Prouds to see if I could buy a replacement and was told no. This Christmas he bought me expensive gold earrings with the same drop loop style and when I got back to the car after breakfast I noticed one was gone, I retraced and found it luckily. Then I went to the fruit market and check 3 times in there that they were still there, when I got back to the car it was gone again, I looked down and again luckily it had fallen on my lap. I think Prouds should put some sort of fastener on the back of these ear rings as they cost a lot of money and seem to fall out easily. I called Prouds and they told me to buy cheap earrings and take the plastic holders off the back of those ones to stop them falling out. I find this unacceptable these earrings should be sold with a fastener, and if you do happen to loose an earring you should be able to buy a replacement not have to buy another pair. Not happy."

"The worst jewellery store ever. Refuses to repair something that's been repaired once already and came back from the jeweller the first time from repair in worse condition. When I took it back proud store in Wollongong have refused to re repair the watch after damaging it worse"

Was "not happy Jan" when I went in to collect the ring the first time but today, I was happy to accept the ring back. Thank you understanding, Bronte. The claddagh ring was a gift from my grandmother in Ireland."
