"Staff always helpful and friendly. I have bought watches from the store which had related bracelet resized. I even bought a nice Seiko Coutura Perpetual on a whim while on holiday in Orange. Alas I had issues setting the perpetual calendar. In store staff worked hard to sort the issue which ended up as a resend to Seiko for sorting. No complaints and no charges and after a short few weeks away the watch was returned with the perpetual calendar working perfectly. Excellent service from Angus and Coote store in Wollongong. 10/10."

"Shocking service on 26.12.19 from Athena at this store. Usually this store is great; but my goodness this girl should not be let loose on customers without adult supervision. Completely clueless with regards to jewellery and customer service. I used to manage a large manufacturing jeweller and own a ton of jewellery; so listening to her babble on with her opinions would have been amusing if it was not so ludicrous. Way to go to destroy the image of a store that is for sure."
"My Roamer(Swiss made )watch stopped working,.6 to 8 weeks to get it looked at.(watch still under warranty) Took it to mister minit,replaced battery within 15 minutes. Poor customer service. Offered no remedies,just procedures. Won't be buying my Xmas presents from Angus and coote"
