"Do NOT choose this company - their after sales service is non-existent! I bought a brand new, large kitchen 8 years ago and 2 of my pantry soft-close hinges are no longer working, the hinges have a life-time warranty! They don't return phone calls. They don't respond to emails unless YOU keep following it up. They say someone is going to call in a few weeks and 5 months later no one ever has! You escalate to the owner but he does NOTHING about it! Fed-up and extremely disappointed and frustrated!"
"We went in with a clear plan and they completed it to the letter with professionalism, no stress and a constant positive attitude. from the office to the installers it was a job exceptionally done well."
"It was an absolute pleasure to have a consultation with WD Bryant ..the consultant made the decision making so easy with her relaxed & sensible approach. Very happy with the outcome."
"We had a very similar experience to Zac almost 18 months ago. After the initial visit by Warren we felt that he had a good understanding of our requirements. But then things started to go wrong. We had trouble clarifying details in the initial quotation. The matter was referred on to others who had no knowledge of the job, and we had to start afresh each time in specifying details and in obtaining measurements. We had problems getting responses. It was a comedy of errors. It was at this stage that we should have terminated the contract and requested a refund. However, it was a relatively small and simple job involving some new sliding mechanisms for some doors, a new glass insert door, and a new set of folding doors for our walk-in robe, so after receiving assurances everything was resolved we proceeded. The sliding mechanism were successfully installed. However, the robe doors which were provided were too short, and incorrectly positioned. Then, when replacements were installed, one had a different finish. There was no apology, only apparent surprise we were being so picky. The glass insert door finally arrived and was installed. I was so relieved to find that the glass was the same colour as that of the other doors, that I failed to notice that the frame was not exactly the same despite assurances that it would be. I should have complained, but I had had enough, and had other things to deal with. After seeing Zac's review, I thought I would contribute my own. It sounds that not much has changed."
"ADDITION: - This builder did proceed to refund our deposit and was civil in resolving this matter. ORIGINAL Review: We had a very negative experience with this builder, fortunately before any actual building took place. After spending several months getting comparison quotes for a bathroom renovation, we decided to go with WD Bryan. Their quote was slightly less expensive than the competition, and Warren was very professional when preparing the original quotes. Unfortunately things went downhill from there. After a deposit was paid, their bathroom project manager took over responsibility for our build. This person was very difficult to get in contact with, and only after multiple calls over the course of a week was a check-measure scheduled. On arrival for the check-measure, this person had not brought any of the prepared drawings that were part of the original quotation. As a result everything needed to be described to him in detail again (waste of time). He took new measurements and left. We were unimpressed at this stage. The following day we received an email that the new measurements conflicted with our quote and that we would need to increase our wall tiling allowance from 15 m^2 to 24m^2. The bathroom in question is a square with 6m^2 walls on 4 sides. We were tiling two and a half walls (15m^2). Assuming this was a mistake we messaged them for clarification, but without any meaningful response, they increased the quote by nearly $3000. We scrapped the project at this stage - prospective clients be aware"
