"I really like the friendly, no-frills, efficient and organised atmosphere. I noticed the very experienced technician, Mike, could tell me very quickly all the things that were happening with our 20 y/o(!) home-office style Brother laser MF printer and why it wasn't working properly (in a way which I could understand). We bought a new one, because with all the breaking down parts of the old one it was no longer worth repairing, but's it's been a good workhorse! They were $20 more than OfficeWorks, but for the instantly efficient customer-focussed knowhow, and because they are an authorised warrantee repair company for Brother, closer to home than O'Works, I'm more than happy to pay a few extra dollars and deal with the experts directly from the start. Then next day I thought of seeing if there were A3 laser versions, couldn't find laser online and asked Josh this morning who explained that no companies make home-office laser printers in A3, they get too big, so you'd have to get an ink-jet, otherwise you'd be paying over $1k (instead of under $300 for an A4). Well done all!"
