"We had the most amazing time touring around on the top deck. The drivers were friendly and happy. Our first driver, Paul, was so lovely and recognised us each time we got back on. We parked at the Botanical Gardens (free to park) and caught the bus to and from there. Do take note of the time the last bus goes back to the Gardens. We stayed onboard for most of the trip and took in the scenery. Start your trip as early in the day as you can with regard to the timetable and get the most out of your ticket. Hop off, have a look, and hop back on the next one. We bought a one day ticket as we were unable to get back into Hobart the next day. Given the chance, I would go for a two day ticket, which was not much more."

"Took the day trip to Kunanyi/Mount Wellington in late September. The weather was perfect for scenic shots, the trip up to the peak was informative and interesting, learning much about the history of the mountain and the human and animal inhabitants. We just missed the snow fall by a couple of days but there was still a nice chill in the air. Incredible views, restrooms at the top and we took a simple picnic with us to eat when we arrived."

"It was a good bus tour. You get-a good overview of Hobart. There was a cancellation of service the day we were there and the lady I called was super helpful to get us on a bus. I wish they had the commentary on bluetooth so you could listen on your headphones or hearing aides. We bought our tickets in the afternoon and we were able to use them the whole next day."
