"So many people complain about our FREE specialist clinics, but I can only praise them. We are so blessed to have this free service and yes we may have to wait or go back a few times, but in the end we are sorted and better off for the effort of the wonderful staff. Why can't we praise this service a little more instead of complaining about waiting - the people in these free areas are stretched to their limit, but are still polite and understanding. Why can't we be the same and give them the respect they deserve."

"The Eye Specialist floor are outstanding. Friendly reception and always advised what will happen next by the staff. The general specialist clinic reception were rude and the wait time could be hours, regardless of your appointment. The Specialists are good, most times."
"The staff and care at the Burns clinic is wonderful and so professional. The nurses are brilliant and v knowledgeable - especially Eagle eyed Emily the Expert. I was offered a wonderful shower - nothing was too much trouble and I leave there so much more comfortable than before. The plastic surgeons have done a wonderful job too ! Thank you so much."
"Great service and efficient staff. I do have to say that there was a volunteer who was absolutely amazing with his service. He went around every person in the waiting room and asked if they would like a drink or something to eat. He was a very happy up beat person with exceptional people skills . The RHH should be proud of this man."
