"I visited the Geelong visitor info centre which is in the same building as the wool museum, I asked the lady at the info desk if she sold magnets or stickers, she snapped at me and said " I don't sell anything, Im in tourism" she then pointed to the wool museum area and said "go over there" she was very rude, abrupt and had no customer service skills whatsoever, she should retire and be replaced by someone who actually enjoys helping the public, because she clearly does not, on the other hand, the young lady who assisted me at the wool museum was friendly, helpful and was a delight to deal with"
"I called today. There were 3 ladies who were so helpful. I was given a survey letter but to my shame I have misplaced it so I couldn't post my review so here goes. These ladies are so full of info and advice it is unreal. So far we checked out Sorrento - beautiful after a short ferry ride. The fish and chips were as good as predicted and the vanilla slice was to die for.... the food was worth the trip but it's a pretty town so take a couple of hours. With our information and maps we have an itinerary worked out for The Great Ocean Road. These ladies have made our trip so much easier. I wrote their names on the envelope(that I lost) so thank you Barbara and both of the other lovely girls"
