"The worst communication from nest property. The property agent Vanessa is always on holiday and you ask her anything she will reply after you have called them at least 6 to 7 times and many email. She did not come for house inspection for the full period of our stay and at the last day she said we broke the stuff. He had asked her multiple time to replace the lights and bed frame. To give back the bond she took 3 months and the speak very rough and rude. I have email proofs about her on these parts.Worst experience. No one should give her property to manage nor should go for rent with her.Moved out on time and hired a professional to clean, but I was still charged with the deposit because I didn't use their designated cleaning company. But the condition we got the house was not all good."
